Li Auto will launch the updated MEGA on September 2. The electric MPV adds an Amethyst Gray exterior color with dark gray disc-style wheels. The model also receives exterior, cabin, powertrain and chassis changes, including four lidar units, rear-wheel steering and an 800V active anti-roll system.
What exterior updates does the Li Auto MEGA receive?
Crystal-finish trim has been added to the front and rear bumpers. UWB near-field radar replaces conventional ultrasonic sensors, while the lighting equipment includes a three-color star-ring lamp. The update also introduces semi-concealed door handles and a 2.6-meter welcome light projected beside the vehicle.
Five exterior colors will be offered: Panda White, gray, silver, Amethyst Gray and Elephant Gray. The MEGA measures 5,355 mm long, 1,965 mm wide and 1,850 mm tall, with a 3,300 mm wheelbase.

The cabin will be offered in white-and-gray or brown-and-coffee color combinations. A 29-inch 6K OLED panoramic display spans the front row, supported by two Li Auto M100 chips with a combined computing capacity of 2,560 TOPS.
The rear cabin uses two longitudinal roof panels with separate sunshades and a central Home Light. Four zero-gravity seats are installed across the first and second rows, while the second-row seats can rotate continuously to create a face-to-face layout. Driver-assistance equipment includes four lidar units and a new Mach VLA model.

The dual-motor all-wheel-drive system combines a 155 kW front motor with a 258 kW rear motor for a total output of 413 kW. A 108 kWh CATL ternary-lithium battery provides a stated 710 km of electric range.

The chassis combines dual-chamber air springs, dual-valve CDC dampers and an 800V active anti-roll system. Li Auto says one side of the vehicle can lower by 30 mm within two seconds to ease entry. Steer-by-wire and rear-wheel steering with a range of plus or minus 7 degrees reduce the turning radius to 5.5 meters.
