Lexus has released official images of the 2027 RX, which adds new technology and comfort equipment while receiving further chassis tuning. The range includes seven configurations across the RX 500h, RX 450h+, RX 350h and RX 350. Available powertrains include plug-in hybrid, conventional hybrid, turbocharged petrol and turbocharged hybrid systems.

Exterior and cabin equipment

The 2027 Lexus RX adds a metallic white exterior colour, while red brake calipers are available as an option. A digital rear-view mirror and a driving recorder are now standard equipment.

Powertrains and chassis changes

The overseas range offers four powertrain types:

  • 2.5-litre plug-in hybrid
  • 2.5-litre petrol-electric hybrid
  • 2.4-litre turbocharged petrol
  • 2.4-litre turbocharged petrol-electric hybrid

Front-wheel drive and full-time all-wheel drive are available. Lexus has also revised the control tuning for the AVS adaptive variable suspension, EPS electric power steering and DRS dynamic rear steering systems.
