Customer Request

A customer shipping vehicles to Ghana required three 2020 and 2021 Toyota Levin cars to be sourced in South China and transported to Tema Port. The assignment combined vehicle procurement, pre-export checks, export documentation and containerized sea freight.

SauriVehicle reviewed candidate vehicles before purchase and coordinated condition checks for the three Toyota Levin cars. The China-side work also covered export readiness and the documents required for shipment.

What We Found

The procurement and inspection process resulted in three 2020 and 2021 Toyota Levin cars being selected for export. The project photographs document the front exterior, engine bay and cabin before shipment. They also show the cars positioned on multi-level supports inside the container with tie-down straps in place.

Decision & Result

The customer proceeded with the three selected vehicles. SauriVehicle handled the export licence, commercial invoice and Bill of Lading preparation, then coordinated loading at Guangzhou Port. The vehicles were secured inside the container to limit movement during sea transit.

Buyer Outcome

The containerized shipment travelled from Guangzhou Port to Tema Port, Ghana. The original project record confirms that the shipment reached Tema Port, completing the combined procurement and export-shipping assignment for all three Toyota Levin cars.

After receiving the vehicles, the customer was very satisfied with both their condition and our service. This successful project led to further cooperation with the customer.
